Rey Mysterio Explains Why He Doesn’t Want Seth Rollins Training His Son

Rey Mysterio and Seth Rollins are involved in a feud that is heating up more every week. Things got very serious when Mysterio’s son Dominik was inserted into the mix.

During WWE RAW this week, Rey Mysterio was asked by MVP why he doesn’t want Rollins to train his son. The point was made that Mysterio wants the best to help his son out, and it’s hard to argue with Rollins’ success. Rey Mysterio had a good reason for putting his foot down.

I reason I don’t want him to is because he has a father that can perfectly guide him in the right direction. Not somebody who’s going to misguide him for the rest of his career. His career hasn’t even gotten started and you’re looking for somebody like Seth to teach him the way?”

Mysterio did admit that: “I can’t argue with Seth’s success.” He said that Dominik is his own man, but he still wants to help his son out.

This is an interesting storyline that could see Dominik finally wrestle in a match when everything is said and done. WWE tried on a couple of occasions to get a storyline going with Mysterio and his son. Now it appears they are sticking with that idea against Seth Rollins.
