Impact Wrestling is making some waves. Their Slammiversary commercial teased the debut of several former WWE Superstars. It seems like they got a pretty big name as well.
During Impact Wrestling’s Aftershock program, Don Callis teased a rather big debut. This is someone that they didn’t think would even be available. He told Jimmy Jacobs to get out his autograph book as well. That points toward a big name.
Callis also encouraged all the “internet people” to do our homework. There are a few people who this big secret surprise could be, but it has to be a big enough name to warrant this kind of hype from Callis.
So, Jimmy. Might wanna bring your autograph book because I just got the scoop. Someone who we didn’t even think was available might be coming here. I’m just saying. And I’ll say this, I learned a lot from him, Jimmy! I learned a lot from him. From 1999 to 2001. Do your homework, everyone. All you internet people out there, you figure out who am I talking about. Who am I talking about? Who’s undergone some changes recently? Maybe, I don’t know.
Several names were teased by Impact Wrestling, but they can’t bring everyone in. This certainly makes Slammiversary much more interesting.
EC3 is the latest name to drop a huge tease. His old TNA music started playing on Impact Wrestling this week which was a pretty obvious hint.
Rusev spoke about Impact Wrestling and can neither confirm nor deny that he is slated to work with him. There are quite a few more big names floating around who recently separated from WWE, including Sting.
