Impact Wrestling teased a bunch of former WWE Superstars showing up at Slammiversary. They used footage from a lot of those people because they are former TNA stars. Rusev was featured as well, but Impact Wrestling just used a Bulgarian flag since he never wrestled for them.

Miro answered back regarding those rumors that he’ll make a jump to Impact Wrestling. He did so during his Twitch gaming stream.

Like I said, anyone from Bulgaria can debut. They might have another kid from Bulgaria. I keep saying that. It could be anybody. I don’t understand — okay, I understand why you think it’s me, but I can’t confirm nor deny. Or, maybe I don’t want to confirm or deny. Maybe they’ll pay me a million dollars for one match. Maybe I’ll come in.”

It seems like Rusev is having an awful lot of fun with the idea that he could be joining Impact Wrestling. At least he knows how to keep fans on their toes.

Even if Impact Wrestling brings in a former WWE Superstar, that doesn’t mean they signed them to a deal. Deonna Purrazzo debuted for Impact Wrestling with a big push in store for her. She still hasn’t signed a contract that has been reported.
