FTR Considers Top WWE Feud ‘Completely Mishandled’

FTR are now Top Guys in AEW, but the wounds are still a bit fresh from their time in WWE.

During Instagram Live, Dax Harwood was asked if he felt any feuds in WWE were missed opportunities. The Revival and The Usos were able to have some fun matches, but Harwood feels like WWE “completely mishandled” their feud with Jimmy and Jey Uso.

“We got a chance to work with whoever we wanted to. But the feud with The Usos was completely mishandled, only because it [the match] was tag team and we were five foot ten guys from North Carolina with a southern accent. That match and that feud could have done so much for tag team wrestling in the WWE but it never came to fruition. Those were two guys that [if we] tested our skills against, it would have been magical.”

The Usos embarrassed The Revival on a weekly basis by filming them in the shower shaving each other’s backs and putting Icy Hot in their wrestling trunks. There could have been a lot more to that program if you ask Dax Harwood.

The Usos signed new WWE contracts last year. This means that if those two teams ever do face each other again it will be quite a wait.
