Adam Cole Not Leaving WWE For A Long Time

Adam Cole successfully defended the NXT Title at NXT TakeOver: In Your House. There was a report that the NXT Champion’s contract is running out very soon and he hasn’t re-signed. Cole is not approaching the end of his time in the black and gold brand by a long shot.

PW Insider has confirmed that Adam Cole has “well over 18 months” left on his current contract. Now we can put that previous reports to rest.

In regard to rumors we’ve been asked about regarding the status of Adam Cole in WWE, we are told he has well over 18 months left on his current deal.

Adam Cole might end up in AEW eventually, but it won’t happen for around two more years. Who knows how far Adam Cole will be on the WWE main roster at that point?
