WWE takes the safety of their staff seriously. Armando Alejandro Montalvo recently violated a protection order by coming too close to WWE. He had a cross with him as well and caused a bit of a scene. WWE hired extra security for this very reason.

According to court documents obtained by Ringside News, WWE keeps off-duty officers on their payroll due to the threat associated with Montalvo’s previous antics. That behavior was described as “aggressive, harassing, and erratic.”

“Despite Defendant’s absence, given his extremely violent, aggressive, harassing, and erratic behavior, Plaintiff has continued to employ off-duty officers from the Orange County Sheriff’s Office as security personnel in an effort to ensure the safety of its property and employees.”

Montalvo was shot outside the WWE Performance Center in 2015. That incident is hard to forget and WWE doesn’t want a repeat offense.
