The Stadium Stampede Match had a unique and entertaining presentation. Some fans didn’t appreciate the main event match, but others loved it. During Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer had some good news for those who loved the Stadium Stampede match.

“They’ve established the Stadium Stadium so they gotta do it, I’m not saying every year, but given the nature of professional wrestling today when it’s something like this, we’re gonna get it every year. So, this is gonna be the new thing. Also, since it’s their signature thing they created it, it’s gonna be their War Games — and they’re gonna do a War Games too [Blood and Guts Match] you know, at some point.”
