Cage got off to a good start in the match, but he was eventually outnumbered and then buried under a bunch of Double Or Nothing props including a giant poker chip.

Later on, Joey Janela did a Death Valley Driver on Orange Cassidy from the apron onto the poker chip with Cage still under everything.

Suddenly Brian Cage popped up and threw everything off him. He took care of Luchasaurus and went to scale the ladder to make his way to the poker chip hanging above the ring.

Darby Allin stepped up to him, but Brian Cage set up a ladder and placed Darby Allin on top of it across the turnbuckle. Then Cage picked up the ladder and Allin before throwing them both to the floor.

This left Brian Cage with nothing left to do but climb the ladder and retrieve the poker chip.

Brian Cage debuted for AEW and won the Casino Ladder Match at the same time. Now Brian Cage has a guaranteed AEW World Title opportunity down the line.
