Mia Yim is fortunate to have a job during the novel coronavirus pandemic. Anyone is lucky to have employment right now as so many are out of work. Mia Yim’s mother filed for unemployment due to COVID-19 and the HBIC of NXT wanted to help out.

Yim started a Twitch channel and she’s racking in the subscribers and revenue. She gave her mother all the money she made from her video game streaming.

This was apparently a substantial amount of cash, but Mia Yim tweeted out a screenshot of a conversation to let everyone know how much it meant that she could help in this way.

Don’t mind my basic speak to my mom and her awful English text. My mom has filed for unemployment due to the covid19. I got my first payout from @twitch and sent the money to my mom. Thank you everyone who have contributed to the stream!

Hopefully, the COVID-19 pandemic will level off soon and society can safely re-open. A lot people are eager to get back to their jobs and that includes pro wrestling events.

This was a very selfless act for Mia Yim. It’s awful that so many are going through such a hard time, but this certainly meant the world to Mia Yim’s mother.
