Adam Cole and Britt Baker are dating and the couple are well-known throughout the pro wrestling world. Fans might not realize how those two first met. It wouldn’t have happened if Baker swiped the opposite direction on Cole.
While speaking to Chris Van Vliet, Britt Baker revealed how she met Adam Cole. It wasn’t through their connections in the ring as many would like to believe. She ran across him on Bumble and since ladies choose on Bumble she had one answer for Adam Cole, bay-bay.
It didn’t result in an instant connection because she was a bit hesitant due to his nasty on-screen character.
“We actually met on Bumble — a dating app. I was in Hershey Pennsylvania for a dental school conference and he came on Bumble. It didn’t look like him because he had his hair back and he had normal clothes on. The only time I’d seen him in a wrestling ring he’s dripping wet and his hair is dripping wet and he has no clothes on, per wrestling, right? It said his name is Austin and I’m like he looks familiar, but I don’t know Austin and then it finally clicked and we started talking from there. It took us a while to go out on a date. I was pretty hesitant because he’s not the most likable character on TV — he’s kinda evil. Then when he got back from New Japan it was after he won the ROH Title for the third time we went on a date and now I live in Orlando with him.”
Every couple has their own story about how they got together. Baker and Cole’s storybook romance started with a dental convention and luckily having the same taste in dating apps.
