WWE’s next pay-per-view is Money In The Bank. A location has not been announced for the event, but it won’t be going down in Baltimore as first planned.

PW Insider reports that WWE is still weighing their options about what to do about SummerSlam. The event is scheduled for Boston, but the COVID-19 pandemic might cause them to nix those plans as well. Their advice is to hold off on buying tickets, but remain hopeful.

WWE hasn’t announced the status of the show.  They are at the whim of the local government when it comes to what is going to be allowed in terms of gatherings in Boston.  My advice is to not keep your hopes up and wait and see.

August 23rd is four months away. We can only hope that this COVID-19 pandemic will have leveled off at that point. It’s honestly doubtful that Boston would allow such a large gathering to take place so soon.

Things will probably never fully be the same. Masks will need to be worn by practically everyone at any event. Large gatherings might be the last to open, but Vince McMahon and Dana White advising Trump might help move that along.
