WWE is running their shows live from the Performance Center. Vince McMahon said that FOX and NBC/Universal paid for live television and that’s what they are going to get. Nobody is going to stop WWE either because they are now officially “essential.”

Orange County Mayor Jerry Demings said today in a press conference that WWE has been deemed as an “essential business.” This is something that Demings confirmed that Florida governor Rick Desantis said of Vince McMahon’s company.

“I think initially there was — a review that was done and they were not initially deemed an an essential business. With some conversation with the governor’s office regarding the governor’s order, they were deemed an essential business. And so therefore, they were allowed to remain open.”

WWE plans to air their television shows live every week from the Performance Center. That means Superstars and other staff will need to either make the trip each week, or make another arrangements.
