WrestleMania 36 was set to take place in Tampa, Florida this weekend. That isn’t happening, but the show of shows will be presented anyway. Val Venis is not happy at all about this.
Venis’ anti-government stance was not stifled at all as he tweeted out about how “governments and media have destroyed” WrestleMania for the current crop of WWE Superstars.
I feel horrible for all the talent in the @wwe. The biggest stage of all in Pro Wrestling has now been widdled down to a crowdless house show with a bare bones crew. Governments and media have destroyed the life long dream for pro wrestling talent. #EndTheF*ckingShutDown #WM
Val Venis followed that tweet up with another one in the same direction. He is obviously against the government shutting anything down for the current novel coronavirus threat.
Whats everyone up to this fine evening? Y’all practicing your “social distancing” duties ordered by your slave masters?#AbolishGovernment
Venis is no stranger to controversy. He raised a lot of attention when he spoke out about how AEW booked Nyla Rose as their Women’s World Champion. Now he is calling to abolish government in the wake of the coronavirus.
If fans don’t like what Val Venis has to say he made things very simple for them. All they have to do is unfollow him on social media.
