WWE needed to figure out how to present WrestleMania 36 with no live crowd. Vince McMahon was the only person in the company who wanted to push forward, but that’s the only vote he needed to carry on. Now fans are wondering what is next.

There are a lot of rumors floating around about WWE making plans for later. SummerSlam is the next Big 4 pay-per-view so fans are hopeful that WWE is planning something for the biggest party of the summer.

Ringside News has been told that WWE is currently making no plans for SummerSlam. “There are no discussions right now about SummerSlam” was the exact phrasing given to us. This includes any rumored matches that might have “leaked” out. At this time the company is not thinking about the Summerslam card.

Boston’s TD Garden is scheduled to host WWE SummerSlam this year on August 23rd.

WWE’s next Performance Center taping date is April 10th. Orange County’s stay at home order is lifted on April 9th. Right now the company is taking this situation day by day and trying to remain as prepared as possible for the unknown just like the rest of us.
