While talking about her career on After The Bell, Mandy Rose discussed her constant selfies. This is something she’s been doing her entire public career and it helped her establish a fan base in a lot of ways.

“That’s how I built my following to be honest, yeah. It’s kinda funny. I think of the times when I was living at my dad’s still and I would wake up and I remember — ‘I gotta take my selfie.’ It sounds really silly and my brothers used to make fun of me. They’re like, ‘enough with the selfies.’ I kinda look at the back of it and I’m like, no it’s like made me develop this following and I was able to do these Shout 4 Shouts it was called, S4S.”

Rose explained that “S4S” was a way for other fitness models to shout each other out and gain a following. They collaborated together and gained a fan base through the fitness community.

This is something that Mandy Rose did with other models and gyms until her debut in WWE as a part of Tough Enough. It was pretty easy to maintain a social media following once she was on the WWE Universe’s radar.
