Ricochet’s move set is unique to him and his training routine is also customized to meet his needs. It includes a lot of flipping and a recent video demonstration of The One And Only’s training routine brought a funny comment from JBL.

JBL saw a video of Ricochet in the gym. The footage showed Ricochet doing one flip after another in a loop. “How many of you could do this?” he asked.

Bradshaw commented on this video by joking that Ricochet jacked the APA’s training regiment. Ron Simmons and JBL were not known for their high-flying action so this was a joke.

I really hate thieves, Ron and I were the first to do this as part of our training-now everyone does it.

Ricochet obviously got a kick out of this response from JBL He commented back while sharing a memory of enjoying the APA from when he was younger.

Hahaha I remember you two being the coolest! Just beating people up in pool halls! Well, really kind of everywhere you went.

JBL’s induction into the WWE Hall Of Fame will have to wait. WWE might hold the ceremony around Summerslam. It’s not likely that JBL’s highlight reel will feature any flips unless he’s knocking someone in the air with a Clothesline From Hell.
