Impact Wrestling Paying Stars Despite Cancelled Events

Impact Wrestling understands that their stars are in a rough situation. They had to cancel Lockdown, an Impact+ special, and Twitch events. Their roster will still be paid.

PW Insider reports that the roster is being paid despite Impact Wrestling having to cancel events due to the coronavirus.

With next weekend’s Lockdown Impact+ special and Twitch specials canceled, Impact Wrestling is covering the pay for the talents who have lost bookings.

This is a very good look for Impact Wrestling. They have plenty of money as they are owned by the much larger Anthem Sports. Hopefully, other companies can do the same for their roster if the funds are there.

We’ll get through this coronavirus situation. It might take some sacrifices. It’s really nice to know that Impact Wrestling is taking care of their roster during this difficult time.
