The coronavirus caused an issue for WWE Friday Night SmackDown this week. It will be a very interesting episode as John Cena, Jeff Hardy and Paige are all set to return to the blue brand. They will be in a very different environment.

WWE ran a show in the WWE Performance Center already this week. WWE NXT was at the WWE PC, but the coronavirus had nothing to do with that. Full Sail University was double booked for Hall Of Fame events.

Fightful Select reports that the company is considering several future Performance Center shows. This is a contingency plan in case they need to cancel more televised events.

There is consideration of running several upcoming WWE shows from the Performance Center, with SmackDown being the first.

As of this writing, Raw in Pittsburgh next Monday has not been cancelled.

WWE is lucky to have their own facility in Orlando that they can go to. AEW also has a venue in Florida as they are playing Daily’s Place for the next two weeks of Dynamite.
