While speaking to PW Insider Elite audio, Matt Hardy was asked what his plans are for the future in terms of wrestling. If Hardy wants to work the indies he can make his own schedule.

Hardy revealed that he wants to focus more on his character work. He will still wrestle, but he only wants to take bumps once every couple of weeks when it matters most.

“I think limit them [matches]. You know, one big match every couple of weeks. I really want to work on my character and persona more than anything else.”

It sounds like Matt Hardy has some big plans for the future. A lot of people are expecting that Hardy will wind up in AEW. We’ll have to see what happens in this situation as the pro wrestling world waits to see what Matt Hardy will do yet again.

Don’t expect Matt Hardy to wrestle every week as he focuses on evolving the Broken Matt Hardy character even more.
