Lance Archer was supposed to make his AEW debut this week, but that didn’t happen. Instead, he wasn’t seen at all.

Dave Meltzer noted on Wrestling Observer Radio that there was a creative change this week. Lance Archer is still with the company, but his debut was held off.

It was noted that the company decided to debut Jake “The Snake” Roberts this week. It’s unclear if Jake Roberts is Archer’s manager, but it seems highly possible at this point.

Lance Archer sent a very powerful message to haters and trolls. He’s planning for an AEW debut, and the company is obviously gearing up for big things. They also have a considerable amount of time before Memorial Day weekend and Double Or Nothing to build to their next big event.
