AEW Revolution is coming up this weekend. One match might be in jeopardy.

All Elite Wrestling hasn’t confirmed Sammy Guevara vs Darby Allin just yet. There is a reason for that.

Bryan Alvarez noted on Wrestling Observer Radio that Sammy Guevara had to pull out of an indie show over the weekend. He apparently hurt his foot while taking the Superkick from the Young Bucks on Dynamite this week.

“If you look at how Sammy Guevara landed [after the Superkick Party] his foot was already hurt, but it probably didn’t help landing like that.

Guevara has competed since Dynamite. He picked up a title in Australia in the process. Hopefully, The Spanish God will be okay to wrestle Darby Allin at AEW Revolution on Saturday. Odds are Allin is coming up with some very interesting ways to make it a very tough night for Guevara.
