Jake Hager Says Dustin Rhodes Is ‘Too Old To Play’

Jake Hager has appeared for AEW as a member of the Inner Circle since the beginning of Dynamite. He has yet to wrestle a match. That will change at AEW Revolution.

Hager will face Dustin Rhodes at AEW Revolution. It doesn’t sound like Hager is taking Rhodes very seriously as he said that at this point in his life The Natural is “too old to play.”

Yes @dustinrhodes is a HOF career. Fierce competitor with way More experience than me . But, by the time you learn the rules of life, you’re too old to play. Sad but true

We’ll have to see how AEW books Jake Hager. It stands to reason that the Inner Circle’s MMA muscle will look very strong in his AEW debut. Odds are Dustin Rhodes won’t be backing down any time soon.
