AEW is building their future in a big way. They might not have a training facility like the WWE Performance Center, but the company is making progress in that area.

During a media teleconference, Cody Rhodes confirmed that he has taken on a leadership and ownership role at a pro wrestling school in Norcross, Georgia. They have now dubbed this facility “The Nightmare Factory.”

“I’ve taken on a leadership and ownership role of the school on Norcross, Georgia which we dubbed ‘The Nightmare Factory.’ We got a big mural up, it’s so cool. I’ve taken a leadership role there. That is where Sadie Gibbs is going to be training. That is where Anthony Ogogo is going to be training. It is not affiliated with AEW other than its affiliation with me so maybe could eventually grow into a full-time situation, but we don’t have that many trainee wrestlers at the moment. Maybe we will.”

Cody said that Dean Malenko held a seminar at the new Nightmare Factor over the weekend and “85% of the roster showed up.”
