AEW released their weekly rankings before Dynamite this week. There is also quite a lot to take in and we wouldn’t mind some explanation as well.

Chris Jericho is still on top of the mountain in AEW. Jon Moxley is the #1 contender with a 5-0 record this year. Cody is taking up the #2 spot even though it’s a waste to include him sine he will never get to challenge for the AEW World Title again. Pac is #3 and MJF is sitting in the #5 spot. Interestingly enough, Kenny Omega is in the #4 spot with a 0-0 record in singles competition so far this year.

Nyla Rose is the AEW Women’s World Champion. Riho is in the #1 contender’s spot followed by Kris Statlander, Hikaru Shida, Yuka Sakazaki, and Britt Baker.

The AEW Tag Team Title rankings are very interesting. Kenny Omega and Hangman Page are the champions and set to defend their titles against the Lucha Bros tonight on Dynamite. The confusing part is that Pentagon and Fenix are in the #5 spot.

We’ll have to see how All Elite Wrestling continues on to Revolution on February 29th. These rankings could certainly change a lot before then.
