As seen on Sky Bet, the betting odds for The New Day vs John Morrison & The Miz at WWE Super ShowDown have been released.

The return of John Morrison has injected new life into the WWE run of The Miz who, after a strong few years between WrestleMania 32 and WrestleMania 35, seemed to have dropped off as we entered the second half of 2019.

Now, though, he’s ready and willing to put in the work in everyone’s favorite re-united tag team alongside Morrison.

In terms of the odds for New Day vs Miz & Morrison at the upcoming Super ShowDown event, the challengers are currently the 8/13 favorites to win the SmackDown Tag Team Championships whereas New Day are narrow 6/5 underdogs.

We saw with The Fiend vs Seth Rollins that WWE isn’t afraid to make significant title changes during their trips over to Saudi Arabia, and when you think about the momentum that Morrison has after returning, this makes all the sense in the world.

Whether or not the titles will be given a chance to shine at WrestleMania is a different matter altogether, but it does raise the question of whether or not the showcase of the immortals should become a two-day event.

While the logistics of it all would probably be complex, it seems like it’d be the best way possible to get everyone onto a card which has been getting progressively more and more stacked over the years.

In terms of this match, though, it certainly has the potential to steal the show.
