Beth Phoenix Suffers Bloody Injury During WWE Royal Rumble Match

Beth Phoenix was a big surprise in the 2020 Women’s Royal Rumble match. She lasted quite a while, but she did so with her hair full of blood.

Beth Phoenix suffered a cut to the back of the head early on in her stint during the Royal Rumble match. She entered in the #19 spot.

Phoenix bled badly from the back of her head and stuck it out. She had a spot planned with Santina Marella who entered in the #29 spot. They were able to get that spot taken care of and Phoenix never left the match.
