WWE NXT Superstar Appears To Receive Quiet Main Roster Call-Up

WWE introduced two new Superstars to the main roster over the Holiday season. Both Chelsea Green and Deonna Purrazzo were labeled as NXT Superstars as they wrestled on the main roster. Now Green’s situation could have changed.

Chelsea Green wrestled on Main Event this week in a match where she defeated Sarah Logan. Bryon Saxton also said something very interesting while Green made her way to the ring.

Saxton said that Chelsea Green is “one of the newest additions to our Women’s Division in WWE making her Main Event debut this week.” This could point toward a quiet main roster call-up.

This could be a quiet call up, or it could just be Byron Saxton doing his own thing on commentary. He did not say anything about her being from NXT.

It wouldn’t be a huge surprise if Chelsea Green jumps to the WWE main roster. She’s seasoned and experienced success in TNA. She is deserving, but the WWE Performance Center is also full of people with a lot of accolades as well.

This could be a wait and see situation, but we’ll probably have a really good idea if Chelsea Green continues to appear on WWE television but remains absent from NXT.
