WWE NXT Viewership Up With Pre-Taped Christmas Episode

WWE NXT did much better this week on the USA Network. Their Christmas episode also ran without any direct pro wrestling competition.

Showbuzz Daily reports that WWE NXT did an average of 831,000 viewers this week. That is a nice spike from last week’s number.

Last week NXT pulled in 795,000 viewers against AWE Dynamite who closed out 2019 with a viewership of 683,000. Next week will be a live episode of AEW Dynamite while NXT will be pre-taped.

We’ll have to see how the Wednesday Night Wars continue in 2020. Their next head-to-head live show will be on January 8th.
