Welcome to Ringside News’ coverage of WWE SmackDown Live. Please keep refreshing throughout the show for constant updates once it kicks off at 8:00 PM EST.

WWE is bringing the final Friday Night SmackDown of the decade to Fox tonight. It should be an eventful broadcast even though we only know about two things that will take place.

Daniel Bryan vs King Corbin vs The Miz is slated for tonight. This will be a #1 contender’s match to see who faces The Fiend at the Royal Rumble.

Lacey Evans will also be a guest on A Moment Of Bliss. That will mark Bliss’ first talk show segment since WWE moved the blue brand to Fox.

Opening Segment

Elias started off the show this week by playing his guitar and leading in a singalong. He took a dig at Bayley’s hair and Shane McMahon. He was talking about 2020 and what’s to come. Then he did a musical rundown of the show to come. It was pretty good and Elias is a true entertainer and very good at remembering lyrics. Let’s see if that keeps people glued to their televisions.

Daniel Bryan vs The Miz vs King Corbin

Before the match started, Corbin got promo time to call Bryan and Miz bad fathers. Corbin said he already beat Reigns so he should be #1 contender. Then Roman Reigns showed up and knocked Corbin off his elevated sedan throne. He beat Corbin around the ring and King Corbin ran away through the crowd.

Baron Corbin was then shown backstage arguing with Adam Pearce about “who’s running shop around here?!” He was upset and the #1 contender match was postponed.
