WWE released Sin Cara from his contract and it didn’t take him very long to get back in the ring. He was also using WWE’s name without their permission.

Now Sin Cara has a new name that he wants to use, but it’s unclear if he will get it without a legal battle. He has chosen “Cinta de Oro” as his new moniker and he’s already taking bookings.

The recently released WWE Superstars all have a 90 day non-compete clause associated with their exit. PW Insider reports that Cinta de Oro is telling promoters that won’t be an issue with him.

We are told that Cara is telling those reaching out to book him that he has no such clause.

It is also reported that Cinta de Oro is “close to signing a contract with AAA.” This makes sense seeing how he appeared for the promotion over the weekend.
