Cody Rhodes On AEW Possibly Signing Luke Harper

Luke Harper is no longer with WWE. The company granted his release request and now he is a free man. A lot of fans can’t wait to see where he shows up next as Brodie Lee, but a large portion of those fans want to see him in AEW.

While speaking to Alex McCarthy, Cody Rhodes discussed Luke Harper. He admitted that Harper would be “a great part of AEW.” We’ll just have to see what his next steps are.

“He would be great as part of AEW. He’s a name that when you hear they’ve asked for their release, you definitely think about that and the next steps, for sure. I think he’s going to flourish with what he does next, he’s very special.”

Luke Harper could find himself in any number of scenarios after his WWE exit. It sounds like he has a good chance of showing up in AEW at this rate.
