CM Punk Has Interesting Response To Question About Steve Austin Dream Match

CM Punk appears on WWE Backstage from time to time, but he isn’t lacing up his books any time soon. You can never say never in WWE, but he has given no indications that he wants to wrestle again.

Steve Austin is retired. He recently said that he might be able to wrestle, but he’s not going to. A match between Stone Cold and CM Punk almost happened, but it didn’t work out. This won’t stop fans from wondering “what if.”

WWE On Fox’s Twitter account posted a graphic to spark a discussion. They wanted to know who would win between The Rattlesnake and the Second City Savior. This question generated a fair amount of response.

CM Punk saw this question about a dream match. He responded with an animated gif of himself waving to the camera. This was taken from his infamous pipe bomb promo where he waved hello to Colt Cabana on WWE television.

He might get a chance to expand on this question if he’s ever asked about it on WWE Backstage. It seems like CM Punk is pretty sure he would be able to defeat Austin they did collide.
