Ric Flair Reveals Physical Spot Vince McMahon Nixed At WWE Crown Jewel

Ric Flair was at WWE Crown Jewel in Saudi Arabia. He led Team Flair into battle, but he says that the green light was given for him to get physical.

Weeks prior to WWE Crown Jewel, Ric Flair said that he is medically cleared to take bumps. It turns out that there was a spot that he was approved to do in Saudi Arabia.

While speaking to Wrestling Inc, The Nature Boy revealed that he was cleared to do something at Crown Jewel, but Vince McMahon canceled the plans for some reason.

“Absolutely fantastic, I feel great. I was just with friends a couple of weeks ago, and it’s taken a few years, but I’m back to normal. I’m better than I was prior to getting sick. So, certainly someone’s been watching over me and taking care of me.”

“I got cleared medically to do something in Saudi and then Vince nixed it. If I would have fed Roman in that huge comeback he made, or tapped Hogan, that would have been the coup de gras. You just wanna give them everything they paid for and sometimes if you’re not physically involved, you feel like you’re not giving everything you had if you’re not physical.”

“I have this gift that God has given me where I don’t hurt anywhere, knock on wood.”

Ric Flair might end up getting his moment to get physical in the ring once again. He seems pretty persistent about the fact that he can still style and profile. We’ll have to see if Vince McMahon will give his final approval because there could be a lot of liability to consider.
