Robert Roode popped dirty on a WWE Wellness Policy test. This wasn’t a good thing and now he’s out for 30 days due to his first failure of a WWE Drug Test.

We’re not sure what Roode was taking that he wasn’t supposed to, but WWE figured out a reason to explain his absence. They’re also blaming it on Roman Reigns.

It was noted during commentary on Friday Night SmackDown that Robert Roode sustained an injury at the hands of The Big Dog. They worked a storyline injury into Roode’s angle on November 29th and it appears that WWE is making the most of that.

This is very interesting because it also could give us an idea about how long they knew about Robert Roode’s drug test failure. In the past, WWE has been aware about failures of the Wellness Policy for weeks before the information was made known.
