Matt Hardy is often viewed as being a bit of a troll on social media, but in actuality, we tend to believe that he’s one of the most honest superstars on the entire roster.
He gives his thoughts and opinions in a clear and concise way, and he also likes to keep the fans guessing by teasing appearances and different storylines. From the perspective of getting fans hooked onto what he’s saying, the guy has nailed it.
Matt returned with his old school look earlier this week, but a lot of fans are still eager to see him return to the character that really did help to give his career the injection of life it needed – Broken Matt Hardy.
The whole broken gimmick certainly received mixed reviews, especially if we’re talking about his WWE run as opposed to what he did in TNA. Even with that being the case, though, there’s still quite clearly a hunger from fans to see it continue.
Matt has been releasing episode of ‘Free The Delete’ for a little while now, which seems to be as clear of an indication as any that he’s planning on rebooting the character once he’s given the green light to do so by WWE themselves.
Alternatively he could always go off and do it by himself in another company, but it all depends on what sort of creative freedom he gets – and we’d imagine it also depends on whether or not WWE is going to give his brother Jeff one more shot to turn his life around.
