Bobby Fish was taken out of The Undisputed Era’s match during NXT last night and he was replaced by Roderick Strong. This happened very early on in the contest and there could be a legitimate injury for Fish.
Dave Meltzer mentioned on Wrestling Observer Radio that it is believed Fish could have suffered a concussion. It is still very early, but there is a reason why WWE pulled him from the match.
“So Bobby Fish was hurt in the first minute of the match or so. Keith Lee threw him over the top rope, Kyle O’Reilly was supposed to catch him, he didn’t catch him or didn’t catch him enough. I don’t know the diagnosis officially. I was told that the thought was, the fear was a mild concussion.”
“Obviously, at that moment, the last I heard was a couple of hours ago. Obviously, it can be diagnosed differently later, but that was the thought that I had been told.”
We’ll have to see how Bobby Fish is doing in a couple of days. He took a pretty scary fall outside of the ring and it’s no wonder that he was shaken up. We will keep you updated as more information is known here at Ringside News.
