Matt Hardy Continues To Tease Return Of Broken Character

While Matt Hardy has had a parade of iconic characters and personas throughout the course of his time in professional wrestling, it’s safe to say that the one that made the biggest amount of noise was ‘Broken’ Matt Hardy.

He’s always had his finger on the pulse of what exactly it is the fans enjoy, and what exactly it is they want to see from him in and out of the ring. While his spell in TNA was certainly more effective than his time in WWE when it comes to broken persona, the fact that he was able to introduce it to the world at all is great.

Matt returned to RAW last night with a pretty old school type of look, but even with that being the case, it seems like the future could have something else in store for him.

It’s been well documented that his brother Jeff isn’t really wanted back at this stage by WWE, so it makes all the sense in the world for Matt to continue to see what sort of impact he can have on his own.

This is probably going to be the final big run of his career, as you can probably imagine due to his age and collection of injuries over the years, and we want to see WWE give him the push that many believe he so richly deserves.

Even if they don’t, though, it’s nice to see him back on WWE programming – even if he only pops up from time to time.
