WWE NXT Superstars Injured After This Week’s Show

WWE tells students at the WWE Performance Center to “lay it in” so things look real on television. It appears that the NXT Superstars really went all out last night and we have a couple of injuries to report.

Mia Yim was injured last night during NXT. She had a brutal main event ladder match against Io Shirai that ended with Yim going through a ladder that was bridged across the barricade and the ring apron. WWE Now reports that Mia Yim suffered a nasal fracture that will be examined by a plastic surgeon. It was also reported that she was sent to the ER for possible rib fractures and her status is listed as “day to day.”

Aliyah suffered an injury last night as well. As we previously reported, a roundhouse kick from Xia Li left Aliyah with a nasal fracture and a possible orbital floor fracture. She is not medically cleared for action.

Hopefully, neither of those injuries will keep them out of action for very long.
