Sammy Guevara Asks If Jake Hager Gave Dustin Rhodes Alzheimer’s

Sammy Guevara has a way with words and as a Spanish God and a member of The Inner Circle he can throw some insults. He recently responded to Dustin Rhodes and it sounds like The Inner Circle isn’t done with The Natural yet.

Guevara was plugging his Starrcast appearance when Dustin Rhodes replied saying: “Better hope I don’t see you!” Then Guevara responded saying:

Idk if it’s cause of your Alzheimer’s or the concussion you got from your head bouncing off the car last Wednesday
