WWE Superstars Have ‘Lost Respect’ For Vince McMahon After Saudi Arabia

WWE Superstars didn’t leave Saudi Arabia as planned following Crown Jewel. The rumor is that this all has something to do with money.

Vince McMahon cut off the Saudi Arabian feed of Crown Jewel because the Saudis owe WWE a rumored 300 to 500 million dollars. Then as a retaliation, the Prince is believed to have pulled the Superstars off of their plan and made to wait another day before leaving.

Some Superstars are very upset and feel as though Vince McMahon left them stranded. Dave Meltzer reports that Superstars have lost a lot of respect for Vince McMahon over this situation.

Look, say whatever you want about Vince, and right now after this week a lot of the talent lost a great deal of respect for him, but this was a Vince show and it was good TV. The idea of pretending it wasn’t is just baffling.

This entire ordeal is mind blowing. We’re very glad everyone made it back to the United States safely, but it really makes you have to wonder who would go back to Saudi Arabia for another show.
