Matt Riddle Was Looking For Brock Lesnar Confrontation On SmackDown

WWE Superstars were stuck in Saudi Arabia so NXT Superstars made the trip from Orlando for the Buffalo event. Matt Riddle was one of those Superstars. He and Keith Lee really did a number on Sami Zayn, but The King Of Bros wants Brock Lesnar.

It’s pretty well known that Riddle wants to retire Lesnar. We’ll have to see if this match will happen, but the two were very close last night by at least appearing on the same show.

Riddle tweeted out that it should have been Lesnar instead of Zayn. Then he noted that there’s always next time, bro.

This is a match that really should eventually happen. It might not take place for a while, but plenty of fans would love to see it go down. If WWE could somehow book Brock Lesnar vs Matt Riddle vs Goldberg in a triple threat match that might just check off multiple boxes at once.
