WWE 24/7 Title Changes Hands At Crown Jewel

Sunil Singh won the WWE 24/7 Title recently and then he competed in the battle royal during the kickoff show. That didn’t end well for him all around.

After Sunil Singh was eliminated, his brother was helping him leave. Suddenly, R-Truth appeared from under the ring where he was hiding. R-Truth rolled Sunil Singh up for a pin on the ramp and he got the three count.

Interestingly enough, Michael Cole said that the WWE 24/7 Title rules were suspended during the battle royal match. The match was still going on when R-Truth won so it technically shouldn’t have counted. It still mattered and now R-Truth is now starting his 21st reign as WWE 24/7 Champion.
