Matt Hardy Says Wrestling Isn’t Important — Jeff Hardy’s Health Is

The saga surrounding Jeff Hardy and his latest DWI incident continue to unfold for the world to see, with the dirty laundry between Jeff, Jeff’s wife Beth, Reby & Matt Hardy being showcased in an extremely public manner.

It’s never nice to see this happen even when it’s just in every day life, but when it concerns WWE superstars that many of us know, watch and love on a week to week basis, it gets all the more tricky.

Matt and Jeff have the potential to do some great things in this current run of theirs in WWE, but in order to do so, they have to be able to get out of their own way and move forward.

Matt doesn’t appear to be particularly phased by the latest developments, but either way, it’s difficult to know which side of the story to believe here. Given how close the two families are to one another in terms of distance, you’d have to imagine that this will be resolved between them all on a personal level pretty soon.

Then again, we’ve all seen how difficult both brothers can be, and how many demons they both have. For the sake of their children alone, though, we can only hope for the best.

From an on-screen perspective it doesn’t appear as if we’re going to see Jeff anytime soon, but there’s always the possibility of Matt returning to our screens on a permanent basis before too long. At least, that’s what we’d like to see.
