Bret Hart was attacked during the Hart Foundation’s induction into the 2019 WWE Hall Of Fame. This was an unprovoked attack, but Zachary Madsen probably wishes he hadn’t tried such a stupid thing in the midst of an arena full of trained fighters.

Madsen had a court date set for September 9th, but PW Insider reports that he skipped that court date. This was not a wise move at all and there was an arrest warrant out for him.

He was picked up by authorities and appeared in court on September 24th. Now he has another hearing on November 12th. At this time, Madsen is not listed as “in custody” so let’s see if he makes his court appointment next month.

At this time, Madsen is still facing two counts of assault in the third degree and criminal trespassing. If convicted, he could face one year in prison for each assault charge.

He caused quite a stir during the WWE Hall Of Fame ceremony. This should provide an excellent example in the future for anyone who thinks it would be a good idea to recreate his foolish actions.
