In the coveted 18-49 demographic, AEW also secured a major victory, ranking #2 on the day with a 0.68 rating, while NXT came in at #10 with a 0.32 rating. With AEW’s debut generating a ton of buzz, the results weren’t entirely surprising, as the excitement for their first show was palpable across social media and search trends. Both Twitter and Google trends were heavily in AEW’s favor, underscoring the impact of the debut.

While AEW decisively won the first battle, the true test will be in the coming weeks as both shows settle into their regular programming.
