WWE NXT Superstars’ Current Pay Raise Situation After USA Network Move

NXT is not live on the USA Network and that is a lot of added responsibility for the NXT Superstars, but they haven’t gotten any kind of raise yet.

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that NXT Superstars haven’t received any raise yet. It is expected that WWE will be cutting them larger checks due to the fact that the company is making so much more money on the NXT contract with USA Network.

WWE is making $30 million a year from their NXT show so raises are expected, especially since a very large majority of NXT Superstars are making less than $100,000 a year.

Regarding NXT, there were some noting that raises have not come yet for talent since the TV deal started. There are guys who know that the company got a $30 million a year deal from USA and NXT talent is being told they are a third brand, but most of the talent is earning less than $100,000 per year, if not all but a few.

The company is also making NXT Superstars attend required rehearsals on Tuesday nights now. That is just another thing that they must do now with the USA Network show.

We previously reported that NXT raises probably wouldn’t be coming until about six months after they make the move to the USA Network. We’ll just have to see how long it takes and how much more they will be earning.
