WWE Considering Paige As Co-Host For FS1 Studio News Show

WWE is starting a new television contract with Fox in October and that will also come with a brand new Fox Sports 1 WWE themed news show. Now we have even more details on this new series.

The Big Lead reports that the new show, “WWE Backstage” is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, November 5.

Renee Young is planned to be the lead host for this new show. We previously reported that WWE was auditioning legends for the show, but this newest report reveals some new front-runners for a co-host position.

It is reported that Paige, Edge, & Christian are all being considered for the co-hosting role. We previously reported that Booker T was under consideration as well.

The show will be hosted by current WWE talent Renee Young. Who will be joining her is not yet decided. Several names are being discussed including, but not limited to, Booker T, Edge, Christian, and Paige.
