Last night was supposed to mark a time of celebration for both The Revival and Dolph Ziggler & Robert Roode, after the two teams were able to capture tag title gold at WWE Clash of Champions.

In the end, though, it wasn’t a moment of celebration at all, as Braun Strowman unleashed his frustration and anger on the two teams in the wake of his horrible night on Sunday.

Strowman not only lost the RAW Tag Team Championships alongside Seth Rollins, but then later in the night, he was unable to claim the Universal Championship from Seth himself.

If nothing else it seems as if Braun has confirmed that he isn’t going to be turning into a fully-fledged heel anytime soon, which is good, because he doesn’t really need to. The Monster Among Men is capable of performing as a strong character regardless of his alignment, and that much is a fact.

There are some question marks as to what the next step is going to be for Braun, given that he still can’t win the big one despite years of trying to do so. Either way, the fans still seem to be invested in him which has to be a good thing.

His momentum has suffered greatly as a result of his many big time losses in the main event scene, but Braun’s run at the top means so much more than that.

He’s an incredibly effective big man wrestler and that won’t stop being the case any time soon.
