Seth Rollins and Braun Strowman will battle for the Universal Title at Clash Of Champions, but they will also defend their Raw Tag Team Titles. A tag team turmoil match was booked during Raw to determine their opponents.
The B Team and Viking Raiders started things out and the Raiders took care of the B Team quickly enough. The OC came down next and really brought a fight.
The OC and Viking Raiders were beating each other up so much that the referee couldn’t maintain control. Both teams were eliminated as a means to make both of them look strong, but neither will be getting a title match at Clash Of Champions.
Robert Roode and Dolph Ziggler came out next and they were touted as a new tag team. The Lucha House Party were out next to join them as Lince Dorado and Gran Metalik represented the party. Ziggler and Roode defeated the Lucha House Party and then The Revival came out.
The Revival lost the fall and were eliminated after Bobby Roode scored a pinfall. Curt Hawkins and Zack Ryder came out next and they didn’t last long until Ziggler scored a pinfall.
Heavy Machinery were out next. Tucker and Otis gave Roode and Ziggler the most trouble, but they weren’t able to defeat them. After Roode hit a Glorious DDT, it was all over and we had another match booked at Clash Of Champions.
Now Seth Rollins and Braun Strowman will defend their Raw Tag Team Titles against Robert Roode and Dolph Ziggler at Clash Of Champions on September 15th.
