Why WWE Picked Dolph Ziggler As Goldberg’s Summerslam Opponent

Goldberg is making his return to the ring this Sunday at Summerslam and he is facing a man who has constantly thrown shade at him for weeks.

Brad Shepard noted on Oh, You Didn’t Know that WWE eventually decided to place Goldberg with Dolph Ziggler because of the Show Off’s ability to make him look good in the ring.

“At the end of the day Dolph Ziggler can make Goldberg look good, so that’s really what it’s about.”

WWE is also floating around a very interesting idea that could make Dolph Ziggler come off looking very good in this match as well. Only time will tell how the company ends up booking this match, but the important part is that Goldberg comes off looking better than the last time he wrestled in Saudi Arabia.
